These offerings are a specialty product found nowhere else. When framed they are a unique print often cherished by family members. You won't find these prints at a flea market, trade show, or temporary mall exhibit. These are the best.

Details regarding name origin, history, family crest, coat of arms and all SurnamePro products come from my archives. When you place an order you agree to accept the text details, graphic images and any information as is. You further agree to no returns and understand that there are no advance previews unless otherwise stated.

I do not send proofs for orders. If you have any questions or concerns they must be addressed and agreed to before placing an order. (See above.)

I do not print any larger than 11x17.

Each of my prints are custom made to order after you place the order and come from historical records that have been archived. I have no clue where other merchants find their material. Some of them just make up things. If you are wanting me to match something you have seen elsewhere YOU MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE ordering and show examples. No exceptions.

All shipments are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and they have systems in place to accommodate delivery issues. Issues regarding delays, damage, or anything else are subject to their terms and conditions. Once the product is in their custody we both have to live with it. Upgrade to Priority Mail to get $100 in package insurance. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Reach out to me thru the ETSY message system only. Contact outside this system will go unseen and unanswered. I do not respond to public e-mail inquiries but do respond to ETSY messages within a few hours. If you send me email expect it to NOT be seen. I do not open the junk mail folder due to security and safety reasons. The ETSY message system protects both of us.

Check your tracking number for details. When I release your order to the USPS system I cannot control their processing or late deliveries. Once tracking shows delivered I am not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected deliveries. You will need to contact the USPS for assistance or file a lost mail claim.
